Body Contouring After Weight Loss Before & After Case 274

This 45 year old patient lost 190 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. She was left with excessive amounts of loose skin and extra fat on her abdomen, flanks and back. She had also lost significant volume in her breasts. After discussing what her goals were we decided the patient would be best suited with a circumferential body lift and augmentation mastopexy. The body lift would address the excess skin on her abdomen and her back and would help tighten some of the loose skin on her butt. We used textured 375 cc implants to fill out the extra skin on her breasts. She is shown here 6 weeks post op and is very happy with the outcome. In fact, she was so excited she decided to move forward with a thigh lift and arm lift in the future.
