This 48-year-old had a previous gastric sleeve and lost over 90 pounds. She has developed skin laxity and a loss of volume in her breasts. On examination, it was decided that she would be an excellent candidate for a circumferential body lift and a breast augmentation and lift. After trying on different implant sizers, we both agreed on a SSM 375 cc implant. 

Her photos are shown 6 months after surgery and she is extremely happy with the results!
