This is a 37-year-old patient who was unhappy with her breasts and tummy after giving birth to her children. She felt that her breasts had lost their volume and her protruding lower stomach made her feel self-conscious. Because this patient had limited problem areas on her upper abdomen we decided a mini tummy tuck would be her best option. Especially because she was concerned about any scarring. Additionally, I recommended a breast augmentation which would help her achieve her aesthetic goals and give her the volume she wished she had in her breasts. To give her the look she desired, we chose 460 cc Natrelle Gel implants. She is shown 2 months post surgery and both her and I are thrilled with the results.
