This 33 year old patient has given birth to two children. Following the pregnancies, she developed severe changes in her abdomen which she was unable to fix with diet and exercise. She was always self conscious of her excess skin and felt as though she couldn’t wear tight clothing because of it. Additionally, she was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She said they had always been small but became even more deflated after having kids which is quite common for women. This patient is the ideal candidate for a mommy makeover and we decided to move forward with a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation using 300cc moderate profile silicone implants. She is shown a few months after surgery and is thrilled with the outcome.
