This is a 56-year-old female who, like most woman, has developed changes of her abdomen and breasts after giving birth to her kids.  She feels that she has lost breast size and is in the A cup range. She also feels that her breasts appear to be sagging and would like to have a fuller appearance. Although she is very active and works out regularly she still struggles with her tummy due to the loose skin and muscle laxity.  To achieve her aesthetic goals, we performed a breast augmentation using 371 cc moderate plus profile implants. Additionally, I performed a tummy tuck which tightened her abdomen and got rid of the loose, sagging skin. The patient is shown a few months post-operatively and is very happy with the results!
