This 39-year-old patient came into the office to discuss her body. After giving birth to her children, she developed changes to her breasts and had diastasis of her abdominal muscles. She felt that she wasn't improving with diet and exercise and wanted to discuss her options. 

After assessment, we discussed an abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication would be best to tighten the muscle and improve the skin laxity. She expressed concerns that her breasts had lost volume after breast feeding and was looking to restore this volume. We both agreed that a breast augmentation would give her a fuller look and decided on a SRM 330cc implant. 

Her post op photos were taken 12 weeks after surgery and she loves the result of her mommy makeover!
