Thigh Lift Before & After Case 233

This patient who was in her early 50’s didn’t like the way her thighs looked. She felt like her skin was loose and dimpled. She had done a lot of research and was interested in moving forward with a thigh lift to correct the loose, sagging skin. I recommended doing a medial thigh lift which extends up the groin crease and then across the groin into the upper buttocks.  While there is a scar from this surgery, this type of procedure would give a more powerful lift and accomplish more of which she is hoping to have. Additionally, some light liposuction was added to remove excess fat on her thighs and buttocks. She is shown a few month after surgery and is very happy with her results.
