After having a couple of children, this young woman was unable to get her belly back with diet and exercise. The skin was stretched and loose and the muscles were lax, creating a lower "Pooch". She had a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, to bring back her flat belly. At the same time, some liposuction was done to bring in the waistline.
