This 36-year-old patient who's had six previous pregnancies including two sets of twins was unable to get rid of the excess skin and fat she had on her tummy even though she worked out regularly and ate healthy. She was self-conscious in a bathing suit and did not like how tight clothes fit her. She also complained of her stubborn love handles which she could not get rid of. During her consultation, we both agreed that the best option to help her achieve her desired look was a tummy tuck with liposuction to help get rid of the excess fat, especially in her love handles.
