This 35-year-old patient was unhappy with the way her body looked after having kids. During the consultation, she expressed her concerns with her breasts and abdomen. On examination she had ptsosis of her breasts with asymmetry and her abdomen had excess skin and adiposity. We discussed what a mommy makeover entailed and decided to move forward. Considering her body type and size, we selected a SRM 445 cc implant. She is shown about 4 months after surgery and is happy with her results.
