This 43 year old patient had 5 previous pregnancies and had developed changes of her body she had been unable to improve with diet and exercise. We moved forward with a tummy tuck with liposuction of the back, medial and lateral thighs. She is shown here 12 weeks after surgery and is very happy with the results.
