Asymmetric Breasts Before & After Case 114

This young woman had significant breast asymmetry with differences in both the volume of the breasts and their height. This was corrected by placing silicone implants in each side and lifting the left side with a periareolar mastopexy. The scar was limited to the edge of the nipple which allowed us to balance the two nipples.
