Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 185
Before & After
Case Details
This 25-year-old female lost breast volume following pregnancy. She never had full breasts, but had a comfortable B cup before becoming pregnant. Once she stopped breast feeding, she lost significant volume and currently felt that she was an A cup. More bothersome was her lack of volume above the bra line. This created a space between her breasts and padded bra on the top which she hated. She came to our Albany, New York office to discuss breast augmentation. Her photographs demonstrate many of the issues that bother her. The breasts have lost the superior fullness, or the volume above her nipples. This has made her breasts look deflated and the skin loose. After discussion of the various implant options, she chose a 375 cc moderate plus profile silicone implant. Many women are using silicone implants currently, as their safety has been quite well established. This can create a soft, natural, and enhanced breast. Implants, in a variety of projections, or profiles, and a three dimensional approach to implant selection is used. This approach factors in not just the volume but more importantly the width and the projection to achieve the desired results.
As you can see on the postoperative photograph, we were able to narrow the space between her breasts and give a full but natural result.
