This 28 year old patient has a very small frame and has always had small breasts which made her feel self conscious in tight clothes and bathing suits. She sought to enhance the size of her breasts to help make her feel more attractive and feminine. Because the patient was looking to become a C/D cup we decided that a 421 cc moderate plus profile implant would be best to achieve her desired look. This was a silicone implant to give the most natural feeling and looking result.  Her post op photo is shown several months after surgery and both her and I are very happy with the results.
