This patient who is in her early 40’s has been thinking about undergoing a breast augmentation for quite some time. In fact, just recently, I preformed a breast augmentation on her friend who is very happy with her results. This patient expressed interest in increasing her breast size from a B cup to a large C cup while maintaining a natural look. She has some slight asymmetry but overall, she has very good skin tone and laxity and is an ideal candidate for a breast augmentation. Using the inframammary approach I placed the silicone implants in the submuscular position. In her post op photos she is seen several months after the surgery and the results are perfect.
