Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 244

I saw this 50 year old patient who was unsatisfied with the size of her breasts. While she wanted to be larger, she also wanted to maintain a natural look that gave her more fullness and some cleavage. The patient was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation surgery and we decided to move forward with 371 cc implants. This size would give her the fullness she desired and would also help her breasts appear less saggy. She is shown a few months post operatively and she is very happy with the outcome.
