This 30 year old patient had lost significant breast volume after having her kids. She was hoping that with a breast augmentation she would be able to in the C cup range. The procedure was performed using 397 cc moderate plus profile silicone implants which we placed under the muscle. The incision is located underneath the crease of the breasts which keeps the scars well hidden. She is shown 6 weeks post op and loves the results.
