This patient had four previous pregnancies and was unhappy with the way her breasts looked. She felt like they were deflated and sagging after having her kids and was looking to achieve a fuller and more perky look. I recommended moving forward with a breast augmentation mastopexy, better known as a breast lift, and the patient agreed. She chose to move forward with 397 round, moderate-plus profile silicone implants and is very happy with the results.
