This 30 year old patient was unhappy with the way her breasts looked after breast feeding and was hoping for a fuller, more high profile kind of look. In order to achieve what she wanted, I performed an augmentation using a 500 cc high profile implant and breast lift. She is shown about 6 weeks after surgery and she is very happy with the result.
