This is a 37-year-old patient who’s had previous pregnancies and also had a gastric sleeve done. She lost 100 lbs. This patient was an excellent candidate for an augmentation mastopexy and circumferential body lift. A smooth round moderate profile implant that is 375 cc's was used.
