This 62-year-old patient presented to discuss options for her ruptured implants. Since she did not wish to have new implants placed, it was decided she would remove the bilateral implants and have a breast lift with fat grafting done. The fat was transferred into the superior and medial aspects of her breasts to provide some volume and fullness.
