Breast Reduction Before & After Case 236

This 42 year old patient has been bothered by shoulder and neck pain which she attributes to the disproportionate size of her breasts.  She is a 36DD cup bra size which is very large for her frame and she would like to have a breast reduction. I agree that she is an ideal candidate for this surgery as she regularly works out and is at a healthy weight. I was able to remove significant breast tissue during surgery and the patient is extremely happy with the results.
