Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 211

This 54 year old patient is unhappy with her aging appearance and feels that she looks much older then she is. She feels as though her eyes, cheeks and neck sag and make her appear tired. After examination, I recommended a face lift as well as an upper and lower blepharoplasty to help eliminate the bags and dark circles around her eyes. She had also lost some volume as she had aged.  Fat grafts were taken from her abdomen and added to her cheeks and beneath her lower eyelids to improve the hollowness that she had.  I find that this combination of lifting the cheeks with a facelift and restoring the volume with fat grafts gives the most youthful and natural results. Note the definition of her new jawline and the loss of the jowls. She is thrilled with the results. Not only did this surgery help her look younger but now she also feels younger as well.
