This 47 year old patient had severe fat pads under her eyes which made her look much older than she was. She complained that friends were constantly asking her why she looked so tired. I performed a lower blepharoplasty on this patient at an outpatient facility. Her post op photos are shown about a month after surgery and she looks refreshed and rejuvenated!
