This 81-year-old patient came into our office to discuss her face and neck. She expressed how she was bothered with the aging changes of her face.  My recommendations included a face and neck lift with fat grafts, a lower blepharoplasty and a perioral TCA peel. After careful consideration, she decided to move forward. 

She is shown here 6 months post op and she is extremely happy with her results.
