This 67 year old patient was unhappy with how her face looked. She said she felt much younger than she looked and wanted to see what could be done to improve this. She underwent a full facelift with fat grafts as well as an upper and lower blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift and a TCA peel on her upper lip to treat the fine lines. She is shown about 6 weeks after surgery and loves the results.
