Neck Lift Before & After Case 229

This is a 57-year-old woman who has developed adiposity of her neck and is unhappy with the appearance of this. You can see the jowling and loss of her jaw contour due to excess skin and aging. She is the perfect candidate for a neck lift. Every neck is different and the necklift is individualized to treat the underlying problem.  In this woman, there was a combination of excess fat, loose muscles and excess skin.  During surgery, I was able to tighten the loose, sagging skin and muscle while removing the unwanted fat to give her a more defined and contoured look. She is shown a few months post-op and she is extremely happy with the results.
