This 57 year old patient was unhappy with some of the aging changes on her face. She was hoping to get a more youthful but also natural look and wanted to see what her options were. I performed a face and neck lift with fat grafts and a lower skin pinch blepharoplasty. She is shown here about 6 weeks after surgery and she is very happy with the outcome.
