This 74 year old patient came in to discuss her options for weight loss contouring. She wished to treat her volume loss and the deep creases of her lower lip and chin area. The patient had a face and neck lift with fat grafts and an upper lip lift. She is shown 2 months post operatively and very happy with her results.
