Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 204

This 20 year old patient came into our office complaining of severe nasal airway obstruction. She has a deviated septum which limited her ability to breathe through her nose and was problematic as she liked to exercise and be active. Her deviated septum contributed to her migraines which had become worse over time. We decided her best treatment would be to move forward with a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty to help enhance the appearance of her nose. The surgery would help to improve her breathing and a reduction of the dorsal hump would leave her nose looking smaller and more proportionate on her face. The after photo is shown several months after her surgery and she is very happy with the results.
