Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 239

This 20 year old patient had trouble breathing due to a severely deviated septum and she also disliked the way her nose looked cosmetically. These combined issues are very common among patients at our Albany office. What I recommend for these patients is a combined septoplasty and rhinoplasty procedure. The septoplasty repairs the deviated septum while the rhinoplasty reshapes the outward appearance of the nose. In this patient’s case, I performed a dorsum hump reduction in addition to tip modification to leave her with a softer looking nose that balances out her facial features. Post operatively, the patient is shown several months after surgery and she is very happy with the results.
