Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 348

This 33 year old patient had significant breathing issues due to a deviated septum. She was also unhappy with the appearance of her nose. During her consultation we discussed that she was an excellent candidate for a septoplasty. During this part of the procedure, we would use spreader grafts which would help to maintain the nasal angle and hold it’s position. At the same time we would perform a rhinoplasty to lower the nasal dorsum, as well as the tip. Her after photos are 6 weeks post op and she is very happy with the outcome.
